Retatrutide (LY3437943) is a synthetic peptide of 39 amino acids developed by Eli Lilly. It is a triple agonist: one peptide chain that binds three receptors, GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon. Molecular formula C221H342N46O68. Molar mass (molecular weight): about 4,731 g/mol. CAS 2381089-83-2.
