UK peptide pen prices per mg
Price per mg is the fairest way to compare peptide pens of different sizes: the price of the pen divided by the mg it holds. This table is the November 2026 edition. Every figure is worked out from the price list in our catalogue and from a dated UK price check, so the table cannot drift from the shop.
How we work out price per mg
Price per mg is the price charged for the pen divided by the total mg on the label, rounded to the nearest penny. A 3 ml pen is priced as one unit, so a pen with more mg can cost less per mg even when its ticket price is higher. Per-mg figures say nothing about purity, batch or format; read them with the peptide pen vs vial guide.

Pens with a recorded UK shop price
For three blends we have recorded the price of the same pen at the same strength at another UK pen shop, checked 29 Oct 2026. It is one shop's price on that date, not an average.

Pen or vial: why per mg is not the whole picture
A vial buyer pays for more than the powder: a diluent, their own consumables, and in some shops delivery below a spend threshold. A pen from R3vive includes 4 pen needle tips and free tracked UK delivery. We have not priced vials in this table, because vial sizes and shops change month to month; we will add them when we can show the shop and the date for every figure.

- Price per mg is price divided by total mg, to the nearest penny. The table is updated on the first Monday of each month.
