Tirzepatide (LY3298176) is a synthetic peptide of 39 amino acids developed by Eli Lilly and first described in 2018. It is a dual agonist of the GIP and GLP-1 receptors. Its sequence is based on human GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide), with α-aminoisobutyric acid (Aib) at positions 2 and 13, a C20 fatty diacid joined to lysine 20 through a linker, and a C-terminal amide. Molecular formula C225H348N48O68. Molar mass (molecular weight): about 4,813 g/mol. CAS 2023788-19-2.
Our Tirzepatide comes as 60mg in a 3 ml pen, pH balanced, at 99% purity: 20mg per ml, with the strength and volume printed on the pack. The box holds 1 pen and 4 pen needles. Most UK shops sell Tirzepatide as 5mg to 30mg vials of powder; this pen holds 60mg already in solution. Store at 2–8°C and refrigerate on arrival.
Tirzepatide sits between Semaglutide (one receptor target) and Retatrutide (three). Compare all three on our GLP-1 research peptides page. Free tracked UK delivery, dispatch within 1 working day and card payment.
Questions
What is Tirzepatide?
A 39-amino-acid synthetic peptide (LY3298176) based on the GIP sequence, which binds the GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
What concentration is the pen?
60mg in 3 ml, which is 20mg per ml. Our concentration calculator has a preset for it.
How does Tirzepatide differ from Semaglutide?
Tirzepatide has 39 amino acids, a GIP-based chain and two receptor targets; Semaglutide has 31 amino acids, a GLP-1-based chain and one.
How should the pen be stored?
At 2–8°C, away from light. Refrigerate on arrival.
Ordering, delivery and payment
How fast is delivery, and what is the cut-off?
Delivery is free, tracked and dispatched within 1 working day. The line under Add to cart shows today's order cut-off and the usual arrival day. See delivery and returns for the detail.
What's in the box?
What is in the pack is printed on the pack itself. Ask us before you order if you need to know more.
Which payment methods, and why might a card be declined (VPN, 3-D Secure)?
You pay by card on a secure payment page. A card is most often declined when a VPN is switched on, when the bank's 3-D Secure screen is closed before it finishes, or when the bank blocks an unfamiliar merchant. Switch the VPN off, keep the 3-D Secure screen open until it completes, and try again. If it still fails, contact us.
What if a parcel is lost or damaged?
Email us quoting your order reference. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described. See delivery and returns.
Bulk pricing?
For 10 or more pens, or an order over £500, ask for a quote on the contact page.
Is the outer parcel plain?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain outer parcel, with no product names or branding on the outside.
Does each pack have a batch code?
Yes. Every pack carries a batch code. Quote it if you contact us about an order.
